Method 1 – Fry chicken/ fish with batter and pour sauce whilst hot.
Method 2 – Little bit of oil and fry diced chicken until cooked. Pour sauce in pan with chicken and cook for 1 minute.
Method of preparation
1. Cook rice with 3/4 coconut milk and 1/4 water as we usually cook normal rice
2. Fry / Boil Egg
3. Fry raw anchovies until crispy
4. Pour Anchovies “Sambal”to serving
5. Ready to serve with cucumber garnishing
