Product Description
Sambal Prawns with Petai
Serve 4 Prep 5 Minutes Cook 10 Minutes
– 500 g. Prawns, Peeled and deveined
– 1 Can Ayam Malaysian Sambal Sauce 250 ml.
– 1 Can Ayam Petai 170 g., Drained
* Empty Ayam Sambal Sauce into a saucepan and bring to the boil
* Add prawns, reduce heat and simmer until prawns are cooked
* Add Petai and cooked foe a few minutes or until sauce has thickened
* Serve with steamed rice.
Optional : Add one onion, sliced and stir-fry before adding Sambal Sauce
