Dollee Hainanese Chicken Rice Paste blends the most fragrant ginger in Malaysia with garlic and shallots to produce a paste that is simply added to the rice in your standard rice cooker. The result? Plates of fragrant and mouth-watering Hainanese Chicken Rice to be gobbled up by your family and friends!
1. Wash 750g (5cups) of fragrant rice.
2. Add 3-5 Tbsp of oil & pour 1 jar of Dollee Hainanese Chicken Rice Paste & 4 pcs of optional pandan(screwpine) leaves
3. Add 900ml water & mix well. Cook rice as normal. Stir once when rie is boiling.
4. Cover till rice is cooked. Enjoy with steamed/ roast chicken & other dishes.
