Serbuk Cincau Puding
Low SugarMethod:
Guiling Grass Jelly Powder 1 Pack, Water 1000ml.
Pour grass jelly powder into a bowl. Add 250 ml of water and mix thoroughly till it becomes a paste. Pour the rest of water 750 ml in a pot and boil. Turn to small flame, add grass jelly paste and mix till a smooth texture is obtained. Turn off the flame and pour into moulds.NB: Guiling Grass Jelly must be stirred continuously while boiling to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pot.
After it’s cooled, add honey, canned fruits, red bean, soya milk etc according to own preference.
