Nasi Ayam is a fluffy fice cooked with chicken soup.
To Steam: Wash 500gm rice and add in 600ml water, 1 packet 100gm paste, 1-2 tablespoon cooking oil/ margerine and 2 fresh pandan leaves in to rice cooker.
To Fry: Mix and stir evenly, When the rice is half cooked, stir the rice and continue cooking to get better taste.
Shallot, Garlic, Lemongrass, Ginger, Salt and Edible Oil (Palm oil)
Combine 500gm rice, 600ml water, 100gm Instant Chicken Rice Sauce, 2 tablespoons cooking oil or margarine and 2 stalks of pandan leaves into a rice cooker. Mix and stir the mixture evenly before cooking. Serve hot.
