- 1. Vegetable, potato 500gm, water 400ml (2cups), thick coconut milk 200gm and a packet of MAK NYONYA Instant Vegetarian Curry Sauce.
- 2. Mix the MAK NYONYA Instant Vegetarian Curry Sauce together with vegetable and potato in a pot and cook until aromatic. Add in water. Bring to boil and add in coconut milk. Simmer over low heat until vegetable is tender ( Approx: 20 minutes)
