Recipe Suggestion: Nona Satay
1Kg Chicken/ Beef/ Mutton cubes or slices
100ml Cooking Oil
100ml Water (if needed)
50g Nona Satay seasoning powder
Method of preparation
1. Mix Nona Satay Seasoning Powder, oil and meat in a large bowl. Add in 100ml of water if it looks dry
2. Marinate satay for about 2 hours or chill overnight in the chiller
3. Thread the satay cubes onto satay sticks for barbecue or stir-fry the cubes
4. Serve with Satay Sauce, Ketupat (rice cake), cucumber and onions
