Product Description
Cooking instructions:
Mix 1Kg of Tean Gourmet Paste for Curry Laksa in 7.5 litres boiling water.
Add in 00ml thick coconut milk and 500g fried bean curds. Bring to a quick boil and switch to low heat.
Blanch 3Kg yellow noodles and 300g bean sprouts in boiled water, divide into 30 portions and put in 30 big bowls. Add in slices of cooked meat and fish cakes, 1/4 hard boiled egg and some mint leaves in each bowl of the noodles.
Add in the hot curry laksa soup into the bowl of noodles.
Serve hot.
