Keep refrigerated once open
- 1. Mix 1 packet of paste with 1600ml of boiling water, simmer it over low fire for 5 minutes.
2. Blach 600g fresh yellow noodles and 60g bean sprouts, place evenly into 6 big bowls.
3. Garnish noodles with slices of cooked meat, cooked prawns, hard-boiled eggs, fried shallots and spring onions.
- 4. Pour hot boiling soup onto noodles. Serve.
