1 tbsp cooking oil
700g boiled rice (cooled)
150g medium prawns (cooked & de-shelled)
3 sticks crab meat
2 eggs (whisked, fried & sliced
Spring Onion for garnishing
Method:
Fry rice with YEO’s Nasi Goreng Paste in heated oil till fragrant
Add prawns, crab meat, egg and mix well
Garnish and serve
Alternative: You may replace rice with noodles
