MalaysianFoodSupermarket.uk does not deliver the order ourselves but engages a number of courier service providers. Hence, the respective couriers’ terms and conditions apply.

Malaysianfoodsupermarket.uk aspires to fulfil each order as efficiently as possible. Orders that are received before 12 pm will be processed and despatched on the same day. Orders that come in after the cut off time will be processed and despatched on the following day.

Due to the high cost for delivery service on the weekend, we opt for normal delivery service from Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) only. Orders on Friday will be processed and despatched on the following Monday.

Your actual delivery charge will be confirmed at checkout based on area codes supplied to us by the courier service providers and your destination postcode. By proceeding through the checkout you are agreeing to the delivery charge calculated at the checkout.

*We have taken into account our cost on packaging and labour although you may see the price is different than normal delivery courier. We suggest you order more to split the cost cheaper per kilo.

Please note delivery time-scales are estimates and that addresses at the edges of the UK Mainland postal zone may find delivery takes slightly longer.

*Note that there is factors such as box and packaging type that will result in more weight to your parcel and cost to us. We have given the prices of shipping clearly before you commit on payment.
